Plant 30-40 cm. Basal leaves 2, oblanceolate-elliptic, subobtuse, tapering towards base, 2.5-5 cm broad; cauline leaves much smaller. Inflorescence lax. Bracts acuminate. Flowers pale yellowish-green. Lateral outer perianth segments 10 x 4 mm, spreading, obliquely ovate, the median 6-7 x 5-6 mm, deltoid, obtuse; inner segments 5-7 x 1-2 mm, narrowly lanceolate; labellurn 7-10 x 1.5-2 mm, obtuse, green at tip; spur 15-23 mm, more or less horizontal, slender, cylindrical, not clavate, greenish towards tip. Anther-thecae divergent. Fl. April-May.
