Slender, sparsely pubescent annual, 7-30 cm. Stems not winged. Leaves all with mucronate rachis; leaflets of lower leaves 1-3-paired, narrowly cuneateoblong, 3-toothed above; leaflets of upper leaves 2-3-paired, narrowly linear, 12-33 x 0,5-1,5 mm; stipules subulate, semi-hastate, at least the lower ones also incised. Peduncle 1-flowered, as long as calyx to c. 1/2 as long as leaf. Flowers cream, 7-8 mm. Calyx c. 3 mm, glabrous; teeth subequal, shorter than tube. Legume linear-oblong, 15-22 x4,5-5,5 mm, glabrous. Seeds 3-6, smooth. FI. 4-5. Rocky slopes, roadsides, 30-600 m.
S. Europe, Crimea, Cyprus, Syrian Desert, Cyrenaica. Medit. element. A species of doubtful systematic position.
