Stems 10-20 cm. Leaflets 12-20 x 7-10 mm, obovate to cuneate, truncate at the apex, 3-6-paired; stipules 5-10 mm, cyathiform. Flowers pale yellow to yellowish violet. Calyx 18-20 mm; teeth 6-8 mm, lanceolate. Corolla 30-35 mm. Legume 50-60 x 7 mm, pinkish, shortly tomentose. Seeds alveolate. Fl. 6. Eroded hillsides on shale, 650-1650 m.
