Rhizomatous herb; stem to 6 em, papillate. Petiole 1-1,5 cm; lamina ovate, 1,8-6 x 1-3,5 cm, apex acute, margin serrulate. Inflorescence 10-20-flowered, scape 9-14 cm. Calyx 1 mm. Corolla greenish-white, ± campanulate, c. 4 x 3,5 mm, petals laciniate. Stamens 10; filaments c. 1,1 mm, anthers c. 1,7 mm. Ovary 5-locular; style 3-5 mm, slightly expanded at apex; stigma with prominent spreading lobes. Fl. 6-7. Pinus, Abies and Fagus forests, rocky limestone slopes, presumably in acid humus pockets, 1000-2300 m.
