Like A. luschanii but more robust and densely glandular-pubescent except at the base; leaves up to 20 mm, apiculate to acuminate; bracts 1-2 mm; sepals 2,5-3,5 mm, linear-lanceolate to lanceolate, c. 4 x longer than broad, acuminate; petals scarcely exceeding calyx; capsule up to ½ x longer than calyx. n. 4-5. Rocks.
