Perennial herb with a woody stock. Stem erect, 5–12 cm, glabrous, unbranched, with 1–3 leaves, reddish. Rosette leaves elliptic-obovate to oblanceolate, 5–10×2–4 mm; hairs sparse, 2–4-furcate and simple. Cauline leaves oblong-lanceolate, 5–8×1.5–3 mm, exauriculate, sessile, glabrous or pectinate-ciliate at apex, obtuse or acute. Sepals 3–4mm, greenish white, margins membranous, glabrous. Petals white, 7–10 mm, oblanceolate to spathulate, obtuse. Long filaments c. 4mm, short filaments c. 2mm, anthers c. 1 mm, yellow. Fruiting pedicels erect to spreading, 2–6mm. Siliquae 20–35×0.8–1mm, flattened, the valves with a conspicuous median nerve, glabrous; style very short, to 0.25 mm; stigma capitate. Seeds 1×0.5mm, slightly mucilaginous on wetting, c. 14 in each loculus, uniseriate; radicle accumbent.
