Tubers ± spherical. Stems erect, unbranched, 9-14 cm, with a large yellowish scale leaf at the base. Leaves alternate, 2 x ternate, the laciniae very narrow, almost linear to very narrowly elliptic to very narrowly obovate. Inflorescence fairly lax, 7-12-flowered, bracts trifid, not amplexicaul. Flowers yellowish-white. Capsule linear, c. 18 x 1,5 mm, style straight or slightly curved.
