Loosely adpressed-pubescent, branched from base, stems prostrate or ascending-erect, 10-30 cm. Stipules lanceolate-acuminate, entire. Leaflets oblong to obovate-cuneate, denticulate, 7-20 x 3-10 mm, often glabrescent. Peduncle 2'5-6 cm. Flowers 7-10, forming a short ± lax raceme. Calyx campanulate, 3-4,5 mm, tube 1,7-2,2 mm; teeth lanceolate, unequal, two upper teeth as long as tube , three lower teeth shorter than tube . Corolla white, 6-9 mm. Legumes linear, terete, falcate to semicircular, 2-2,5 x 0,1-0,2 cm, ± indistinctly reticulate-nerved, 4-5 seeded, seed-bearing part 1,5-2 cm, tapering into a straight or somewhat curved beak 0,5 cm. Seeds oblong-cylindrical, 2-3 x 1-1,5 mm, finely tubercled. Fl. 4-6. Rocky limestone slopes, fallow field, oak scrub, s.l.-2000 m.
Endemic; Ir.-Tur. element. No white-flowering Trigonella is known from outside Turkey.
