Differs from S. viscosa in its crisply retrorse stem indumentum, cauline leaves oblong-elliptic to oblong-ovate, 3- or more-nerved, calyx 15-17mm, anthophore 7-10 mm, and capsule included in the calyx. Fl. 6. Abies forests, c. 1600 m.
