Annual or biennial herb. Stems hollow, up to 60 cm, glabrous, or sparsely pilose below. Leaves lyrate-pinnatifid, the upper leaves auriculate. Petals pale yellow, as long as, or somewhat shorter than the sepals. Fruits oblong-ovoid, 4-9 x 1,5-2 mm, swollen, borne on horizontal or somewhat deflexed pedicels.
