Densely caespitose perennial. Stems very short, scarcely exceeding the tuft, 2-5 cm, Leaves linear, somewhat setaceous, canescent with an indumentum of bifid hairs. Sepals hardly saccate, c. 4 mm. Petals pale yellow, 6 mm. Siliquae tetragonal, canescent with 2-fid hairs, 20-30 mm. Style 1-1,5 mm. Stigma slightly bilobed. Fl. 6-7. Rocky slopes, 2200-2400 m.
