Stems up to 30 cm, little or not branched. Leaves somewhat strict, oblanceolate-linear. Petals yellow, oblanceolate, slightly emarginate, c. 2 mm. Fruit orbicular-elliptic, 3-4 mm in diameter, unwinged, covered with long straight hairs which are very dense at the margins, giving the appearance of a wing. Fruiting pedicels deflexed. Fl. 4-5? c. 1000 m.
