Softly pubescent, branching annual. Stems striate, flexuose, 20-35 cm high. Basal and lower cauline leaves remotely 2-3-pinnate, lower leaflets petiolate, upper sessile, ovate-obovate, crenate; upper cauline leaves pinnate with 1-2 leaflets, crenate-serrate. Umbels 12-20-rayed, rays slender, scabrous, ascending after anthesis. Bracts 10-15, linear, scabrous, deflexed; bracteoles 5-7, linear, scabrous, unequal, longest ones 2 x as long as fruiting pedicels. Flowers white, 15-20 per umbellule. Mericarps suborbicular, 6-7 x5-6 mm; abaxial face with vesicular hairs, margin strongly thickened, moniliform. Dorsal vittae 4, 2 median ones shorter than dorsal face, commissural 2. Fl. 4-5. Calcareous rocky slopes, edges of fields, 100-750 m.
